All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds apart from items arriving damaged.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if your package is stolen.
If you receive your package and the contents inside have been damaged, please email us immediately with your order number, the name on the order, and attached photos of the damaged product(s). You will have up to 3 days from the delivery date to contact us so we can resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please note that any inquiries falling outside of the 3 day time frame will not be valid for a resolution.
